3 Second Raspberry Jam
The easiest and healthiest jam ever. No added sugar. No fat. No extra 'nuthin.

Recipe type: Condiment
- Organic raspberries, strawberries or blueberries
- Organic Almond Butter
- Wash fruit thoroughly
- Pat dry
- Place raspberry (or strawberry or blueberry) on a flexible cutting mat
- Squish said fruit firmly with a sturdy fork
- Place squished fruit - now jam - onto toast that has been topped with organic almond butter
Seriously, this is good stuff. Give it a whirl.
