3 Second Raspberry Jam

Here’s my secret to making the BEST raspberry jam.  There’s no sugar, no fat, no extra nuthin’.

Hang on, this is complicated.

3 Second Raspberry Jam

The easiest and healthiest jam ever. No added sugar. No fat. No extra 'nuthin.
Recipe type: Condiment
  • Organic raspberries, strawberries or blueberries
  • Toast
  • Organic Almond Butter
  1. Wash fruit thoroughly
  2. Pat dry
  3. Place raspberry (or strawberry or blueberry) on a flexible cutting mat
  4. Squish said fruit firmly with a sturdy fork
  5. Place squished fruit - now jam - onto toast that has been topped with organic almond butter
  6. Bite
  7. Chew
  8. Repeat


Lovely raspberries on almond butter toast.
Seriously, this is good stuff.  Give it a whirl.
