Happy Monday to you.
I thought you might like a peek into uber wellness warrior Kris Carr’s fridge. I first learned about Kris from the Food Matters documentary Hungry for Change. This blonde bundle of positivity has a lot to share on how to make the switch to a plant based diet and learn to love yourself along the way. Take a look below to see what she keeps in her fridge and you can check out Kris’ blog post too.
Kris Carr’s Bio
Here’s a snippet I pulled from Kris’ bio on her website:
Kris Carr is multi-week New York Times best-selling author, speaker and health advocate. She is the subject and director of the documentary, Crazy Sexy Cancer and her latest books, Crazy Sexy Diet and Crazy Sexy Kitchen, will change the way you live, love and eat! Kris regularly lectures at hospitals, wellness centers, corporations such as Whole Foods, and Harvard University, and is a Contributing Editor for Natural Health Magazine. As an irreverent foot soldier in the fight against disease, Kris inspires countless people to take charge of their health and happiness by adopting a plant-passionate diet, improving lifestyle practices, and learning to live and love like you really mean it. Her motto: Make juice not war!
If you get as inspired as I am by Kris, you can see her speak this summer on the Hayhouse I Can Do It! Conference. The line up of speakers for this conference is amazing and will be sure to leave a lasting impression on attendees. Personally, I can’t wait for it :)
Have a Crazy Sexy day,
